PLAVE drop “Wait For You” dance practice, “Pixel World” lyric video, do other shenanigans as their growth continues

I’ve already recapped stumbling on PLAVE a while back, and since then they seem to have picked up even more momentum. The other day I tuned in for one of their livestreams and they were holding 15k viewers, which is like big time for anybody, much less for a group that didn’t even exist a year ago. Hell, they’re now even doing well physically with their music. by #PLAVE has now surpassed 30,000 copies sold on Hanteo.— KOREAN SALES (@koreansales_twt) April 28, 2023 It’s all been impressive and promising, and in a way I’m glad they’re forging their own path forward, doing all the typical idol stuff but also using their VTuber avatars to their advantage by doing things idols simply can’t or won’t. POOF Also they were doing stuff with bombs that had staff laughing in the background. I can’t believe I’m subscribed to virtual dudes on like five different platforms. Anyway, on to the excuse for this to be a post, which is they did a dance practice video for “Wait For You”, which actually impressed me more with the setup than anything else. [embedded content] Also, the song is surprisingly still good. They also released a lyric video for their B-side “Pixel World”. [embedded content] Honest to god, they’ve taught me the true value of songs like “Rover” and “Antifragile”. @kimdokjaisasquid last night's live was so fun
