6 Funny Moments Of ONEUS’ KeonHee In “This Is Mukbang”

"This is Mukbang" Official STORY BYAnarcisStaff Writer Have you already watched ONEUS' KeonHee starring in the new variety show “This is Mukbang”? If not, what are you waiting for? At first, you may think, “will I just watch KeonHee eating on every episode?” The answer is yes, but also no! Aside from KeonHee being a full-time comedian and foodie, you can also watch him share different recipes, recommend different places to eat, spend time with TOMOON, and of course comment about the food he’s eating at the moment. There are episodes where he spends time with fellow ONEUS’ members. Including, when he goes with SeoHo trying to find Pokemon bread, with LeeDo to plant some lettuces, he spends a “luxury night” drinking with WEi’s DongHan and JunSeo, and on the last aired episode he shares with all ONEUS’ members. You can check out this list of funny moments during the show. Note: this is not a ranking. 1. Korean beef? In the first episode, we can see how KeonHee enjoys Shabu-shabu and keeps a full plate of what he thinks is Korean beef for the end (always keeping the best for the end!). He talks endlessly about how great it is to have Korean beef. Then he finally starts to cook it, but the staff interrupts him right when he’s about to eat. At the same moment, the server enters with another full plate of beef. KeonHee was shocked because guess what? He realizes that it was the actual Korean beef, and when he asks about the meat he just cooked…it was just regular beef! KeonHee’s reaction was priceless. 2. Three toppings only When we’re ordering food and we’re given the chance to choose the toppings that will go with what we’re going to eat, most of the time we have a limited number of toppings that we can add to our food. But we would like more, right? And we wonder if in the end we’ll be spending more on that extra topping than just buying a new dish itself. If so, why can’t we rather add to the order? That same thing happened to KeonHee in episode three while he was ordering his food. He had to choose between two at the moment of ordering. It is so relatable that we can’t leave it out. 3. Just one more bite It is not a secret that KeonHee’s a great foodie, and he also manages to continue eating even if the rest of the members are already full. In episode four, we can see him sharing a meal with LeeDo after planting some lettuce (and if you ask me that was also pretty funny to watch). LeeDo decides to take a break from the meal they were sharing, but KeonHee continues preparing and eating food, when LeeDo comes back KeonHee successfully convinces LeeDo to take one last bite even if he’s already full. 4. An uninvited guest Imagine being ready to eat, happy about the meal you chose, and coming from nowhere there’s this tiny uninvited guest to the table trying to also enjoy what you’re about to eat or what you’re eating! And of course, we won’t like to share our food with that little friend. If that has happened to you at least once, please raise your hand so you can join us and KeonHee, when he was about to eat some chicken in episode five you can see him trying to shoo his tiny uninvited guest. 5. When the food gets you paralyzed In episode six, we can see KeonHee excited about the mixed Gukbap that the staff ordered for him. But that excitement didn’t let him wait for the food to cool down a bit. As soon as it comes in KeonHee decides to taste the freshly made Gukbap and it automatically paralyzes his tongue. It was really hot! But you can agree that when we are waiting for our favorite food we don’t care much if it’s going to burn our tongue, we are just thinking about how delicious it will be. 6. Three is the limit Do you have a high tolerance for alcohol? Because in episode seven, KeonHee shares with us that he can drink up to three glasses of soju before starting to be noisy. Together with WEi’s members DongHan and JunSeo they create a game called “KeonDongSeo” putting their names together and they don’t even have a minute in the play when KeonHee loses the first three rounds and has to go over his drinking limit. You can also check out KeonHee being noisy during ONEUS’ 3rd Anniversary party if you have yet to watch. There are many moments that we can save from KeonHee during this show. We invite you to gather some of your favorite snacks with your favorite drinks and have a great time watching “This is Mukbang”.
