I give honor and thanks to myself for all I know, all I have grown, and the many times I have chosen love over fear. I honor my journey, my emotions, and my path, but I now ask Mother Moon, the Universe, and angels of light and love to cleanse and release me of all that no longer serves. I am cleansed. I am healed. I am restored. I am cleansed. I am healed. I am restored. Thank you.” As you cleanse your surroundings, feel free to recite- “I cleanse the energy of this space to make room for lightness, joy, peace, and prosperity. May all those that dwell or walk through this space feel protected, safe, and loved. May the angels of light and love bless this space with health, with healing, and with love. My space is cleansed. Take your first sheet of paper and write down something from the year that you would like to release and let go of. Alternatively, you can also write down all the lessons you feel grateful for experiencing through the year. Once done, fold up your paper and place it in front of your first candle. 5.) Take your second sheet of paper and write down how you are feeling in this present moment. Once done, fold up the paper and place it in front of your second candle.  6.) Finally, take your third sheet of paper and write down something you would like to manifest or create for the year ahead. It can be a tangible thing or even a feeling space that you would like to create for yourself. Once done, fold up the paper and place it in front of your third candle.  7.) Now place your hand over your heart and take 5 deep breaths just to bring yourself into a place of stillness.  8.) Have your scissors nearby. Gently place your hand on your first piece of paper and then bring your hand up to your heart.
